Deposits

Bookings WILL NOT BE CONFIRMED unless accompanied with a 25% deposit which must be made to Market Square Group within a maximum of 3 days from receipt of invoice. In certain cases, and for some events, we may require a higher deposit payment.

Balance of Payments

The balance of payment for events must be made 30 days prior to the first advertised day of each event. The balance due date will be noted on your invoice. Balance for Christmas 'long stay' Markets are due 8 weeks prior to the start date.

Information For Trader/Participants

Tenterden Christmas Market 2025 runs over two weekends and weekdays in between. On weekend 1 and week days up to and including Wednesday 19th trading will be limited to the marquees that we are installing on the grass sections in the High Street . From Thursday 20th to Sunday 23rd traders will be able to use their own stalls which can be set up in additional hard standing areas.

By spreading the event over this period, we aim to stagger the visitor numbers and thus alleviate the uncomfortable crowding that can occur at this hugely popular Christmas Market.

We are opening bookings for the following periods:
Weekend 1 + week days, 14th - 19th November - to be opened at a later date, as there will be limited availability. If you are craft/grocery trader with your own gazebo please email admin@marketsquaregroup.com to confirm availability.
Weekend 2, 20th to 24th November - 4 days - currently we are only accepting Hot Food bookings for the last 4 days of the market
Full duration - this is open to all craft/grocery traders.

All traders booking the full duration will be allocated a clearspan marquee space, and this has been included in the price shown online.

Preference will be given to bookings for the full duration.

Traders with off-sales alcohol will be required to obtain their own TENs, and we will liaise with you on this after booking.
