Ealing Midsummer fayre - the three-day family festival of fun – will be returning to Ealing Green next week (June 24 to 26 2016).

It will feature a colourful collection of handmade craft, jewellery and gift stalls alongside tasty local, regional and world food and drink.

A live music stage, summer bar and beer festival will add to the party atmosphere over the weekend.

Visitors will be able to enjoy a traditional funfair and comedy duo The King Elvises will also make a welcome return.

Among the 30 stalls and traders will be:

Grocery foods: Global Fusion (vegan food), Holly’s Bakehouse (cup cakes), Nuts About Truffles (handmade chocolate truffles, pastries and cakes), and Eggardon Ryeland (continental cheeses).

Hot food: Bird in Eye catering (German sausages), Simply Eve (Caribbean) and Guptas (Indian curry and street food).

Drinks: Local, national and international ales, bitters, lagers and cider; fresh fruit juice, fruit based milk shakes, slush drinks and sugar cane juice.

Paul Kennedy, Director of Market Square Group, said: “This is the fourth time Market Square Group has organised the community event, which we revived in 2013 after an absence of 100 years.

“The event is going from strength to strength and we have a really excellent array of traders and entertainment booked for this year.

“Help us celebrate the official start to summer in Ealing

The Ealing Midsummer Fayre is open from 11am to 6pm on Friday, 9am to 6pm on Saturday and 10am to 6pm on Sunday.
