Register to Book
If you wish to book any of these events please use the online booking facility below. Please be aware that you need to register on the site to book an event.
Deposits
Bookings WILL NOT BE CONFIRMED unless accompanied with a 25% deposit which must be made to Market Square Group within a maximum of 3 days from receipt of invoice. In certain cases, and for some events, we may require a higher deposit payment.
Balance of Payments
The balance of payment for events must be made 30 days prior to the first advertised day of each event. The balance due date will be noted on your invoice. Balance for Christmas 'long stay' Markets are due 8 weeks prior to the start date.
Payment Methods
We are happy to accept payment by any of the following means:
- Credit/debit card through paypal on our site - click here for our payments page
- Cheque or PO sent to PO Box 7366, Raunds, Wellingborough, NN9 6WF
- Payment direct to our bank account through BACs transfer or cash/cheque deposit (Account details available on request)
- Note – if paying by BACs or depositing directly into our account please ensure that the booking reference is included in the transaction details.
Bookings
- If you are an existing user, please login to book events.
- Booking an event indicates you accept our terms and conditions of booking available here.
- Invoices will be sent via e-mail unless you specify otherwise. Any extra services such as equipment hire will be added to this invoice.
- All of your bookings can be reviewed on our list bookings page.
- Maps are provided in the event details both of general location and specific venue location - please use these to plan your arrival.
Special Notice for Christmas Events
