Deposits
Bookings WILL NOT BE CONFIRMED unless accompanied with a 25% deposit which must be made to Market Square Group within a maximum of 3 days from receipt of invoice. In certain cases, and for some events, we may require a higher deposit payment.
Balance of Payments
The balance of payment for events must be made 30 days prior to the first advertised day of each event. The balance due date will be noted on your invoice.

Venue Summary
Unlike many other English cities, Hull has no cathedral. It is in the Diocese of York and has a Suffragan bishop. However, Hull's Holy Trinity Church is the largest parish church in England when floor area is the measurement for comparison. The church dates to about 1300 and contains what is widely acknowledged to be some of the finest medieval brick-work in the country, particularly in the transepts. Some areas of Hull lie on reclaimed land at or below sea level. The Hull Tidal Surge Barrier is at the point where the River Hull joins the Humber estuary and is lowered at times when unusually high tides are expected. It is used between 8 and 12 times per year and protects the homes of approximately 10,000 people from flooding. Kingston upon Hull almost invariably referred to as Hull, is a city and unitary authority area in the ceremonial county of the East Riding of Yorkshire, England. It is located 25 miles (40 km) from the North Sea on the River Hull at its junction with the Humber estuary. Hull has a resident population of 258,700 (2008 est.). Renamed Kings town upon Hull by King Edward I in 1299, the town and city of Hull has served as market town, military supply port, trading hub, fishing and whaling centre, and industrial metropolis. Hull was an early theatre of battle in the English Civil Wars. Through its celebrated 18th century Member of Parliament, William Wilberforce, the city was the backdrop to events leading to the abolition of the slave trade in Britain.

World Market Village with products that are unique to particular regions of the world and products that are cultural identifiers. From our database thus far collated, we would expect to see the following countries represented. •Europe - including France, Spain, Italy, Russia, Germany, Portugal, Transylvania, Greece,Portugal and a Best of British Section (which will include products local to our host town/city/county) •Developing World – Including Thailand, Indonesia, India and China, •South America – Including Ecuador and Peru •Scandinavia – Including Finland, Sweden and Norway •Africa – Including South Africa and Zimbabwe, •The New World – Including United States, Canada and Australia We would love to add new countries and 'undiscovered' products to our list. N.B. Preference will in all cases be given to ethically traded, natural, traceable and authentic goods. Please submit your booking with a full description of your products - photos may be requested in support. In particular, we would like to hear from traders selling local and Welsh regional products.

There are many reasons for tourists and locals alike to visit Cardiff Bay – The Welsh Assembly Building – The Water Front situated around the magnificent freshwater lake –the restaurants – the cafes-the bars – the shopping and the historic buildings that are still in evidence. Bank holidays are sure to attract a crowd to the Bay and we will be spreading the word throughout South Wales to focus attention to our World Village Market. Dance, music, street theatre, drumming, chainsaw wood carving and more to make our presence felt.

Roald Dahl Plass is a public plaza in Cardiff Bay, part of Cardiff, Wales. It is named after Cardiff-born author Roald Dahl and is located on the coast along the south of the city centre. The square is home to the Senedd (Welsh Assembly Building) and the Wales Millennium Centre, a performing arts centre. The bowl-like shape of the plaza has made it a popular amphitheatre for hosting open-air concerts. "Plass" means plaza in Norwegian, a nod to the acclaimed late writer's roots (both of Dahl's parents were from Norway) and to the Norwegian seafarers' church which stands nearby. Cardiff Bay (Welsh: Bae Caerdydd) is the area created by the Cardiff Barrage in South Cardiff, the capital of Wales. The regeneration of Cardiff Bay is now widely regarded as one of the most successful regeneration projects in the United Kingdom.The Bay is supplied by two rivers (Taff and Ely) to form a 500-acre (2.0 km2) freshwater lake round the former dockland area south of the city centre. The Bay was formerly tidal, with access to the sea limited to a couple of hours each side of high water but now provides 24 hour access through three locks.Mermaid Quay is a waterfront shopping and leisure destination in the heart of Cardiff Bay, Wales. Since it opened in 1999, the 14,000 sq m (150,000 sq ft) development has become the focal point of Cardiff Bay and is an area known for its restaurants, bars, cafes and shops.

Event description
Now in its 7th successive year, the Canterbury Euro Fair is established as one of the biggest Food Festivals in Kent. Kent's own produce alongside Continental and other British fayre. The event started as a single venue in Dane John Gardens a historic park within Canterbury city's walls which dates back to 1551, but is now spreading out to other town centre locations. The World Village Market will take up residence in the historic Canterbury Castle Grounds and include a variety of special event features.
